Every year you pay more for software that fits your business a little less. At a fraction of the cost, we build and operate custom software designed around how you actually work.
Absolute Value Management · Property management
A full property operations platform, built and operated by RA. It runs dozens of automations across AVM's day-to-day — maintenance scheduling that tracks and updates itself, vendor invoicing without manual entry, utility bill scraping that posts directly to accounting, and more. We built it in two phases. First as an extension of Buildium, the property management platform they were already using. Then as a standalone system. This is how we work: integrate with what you already use so the day-to-day keeps running, then expand from there. You see results almost immediately, and nothing breaks while we build.

The systems below run in production at AVM today. The highest-leverage ones now deploy as standalone solutions for other operators — built against a real operation, not a spec, and live in weeks because the hard part is already done.
We don't publish fixed tiers — pricing follows the scope of your operation. Most engagements are clear within one 30-minute call.
We work with operational businesses where the day-to-day depends on a lot of moving pieces — properties, fleets, vendors, accounts, schedules. If the same manual workflow keeps eating your team's time — the spreadsheet reconciliations, the cross-tool data entry, the weekly reports nobody wants to build — that's what we take off the table. So everyone gets back to the work the business actually pays them to do.
You don't need to know exactly what you want built. Figuring it out is part of how we work — we spend real time learning your operation before we propose anything.
Two to three weeks alongside your team. We learn the operation from the people doing it, not from a requirements doc.
Production software shipped in weeks, not quarters. AI-accelerated development, but humans in the loop on every decision that matters.
We don't hand off and disappear. RA stays on as the engineering function, owning uptime, iteration, and new modules as the business evolves.
We are an AI-native startup based in New York and founded by a Carnegie Mellon alum. We work with operationally-heavy businesses across the country that off-the-shelf software was never really built for, and build them something that fits without the overhead of an in-house engineering team. The way we work is hands-on. We sit with the operators, hear the problems across the team, and build long-lasting solutions inside the budget the business can support.
A 30-minute call is the fastest way to know if we're a fit. No deck, no qualifying questions — just the operator and an engineer talking through the problem.
